Day 4 was dedicated to efficiency. In the first part of the day we spoke on organizational management. Based on a board meeting simulated by our trainers, we had to discover and discuss the situation in that company and what were the issues to be improved, the causes and the consequences for it.
During the second part of the day we had the web 2.0 session - discovering the tools that can be used in order to have an efficient organizational management.
The day ended with the very nice and interesting intercultural evening, during which each country presented its pearls and curiosities.
