Day Two - A bit of frame

Good evening from Czech republic! :)

The day was characterized by energy, games and learning opportunities.
We started the first session with  'Get to know' theme we introduced ourselves, had a competition, speed dated and played human Bingo.
This followed by a detailed presentation from the trainers about the approach and learning goals of the course.
Then we had lunch in our warm dining room and after we sorted out our invoices with Aneta.

After lunch it was time for sesstion number 2 where we stepped it up a bit and recieved some hands on training and focused on team building.
The exercise included a game with chairs and also another one with numbers.
There was a bit of conflict but it was sorted out in a positive way seeing us reaching all the main goals of the exercises which pumped us with energy and enthusiasm. :)

After Zora took us outside for the rope challenge where we took it to the limit seeing Stella balancing herself and walk on the whole whole rope which was held by the other 23 members.

Session number 3 was very short a d we were divided into 4 groups and set out the conditions we wanted to have during this training course.

team work!

We ended the session and day 1 with the daily ritual which included us forming a circle, going round one by one making eye contact and finishing with saying: "I am here in the Golden Frame".

On a general note this was a very positive day which was characterized by positive energy, fun games and important lessons were we were challenged to go out of our comfort zone and grow.

Thank you and well done Golden Frame team!!!!!
